Jonas Axelsson, Co-founder of Swedish Startup Recruitment, an experienced recruitment professional and entrepreneur with 18 years in talent acquisition and HR. As an early employee at Spotify, he played a key role in building and leading the recruitment team during its formative years. Today, Jonas runs his own recruitment company while also investing in and advising startups.Most recently, he has become an investor and advisor at Talendary, a company at the forefront of integrating AI into recruitment processes and transforming talent acquisition.
